Who we are

This website is run by Pelusoft Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 06874179), registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. We only receive personal data if you contact us by email or phone. In that case we hold your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide and invoice our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires, normally six years.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. It is shared only with providers we rely on to run the business (such as our email provider and accountants), or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
